2. Pick-up or Delivery location must include Account Holders Address, otherwise call for services and rates.
3. Out of Town Delivery times and rates subject to change, Please Contact Us    
4. Surcharges apply on deliveries north of Major Mackenzie.

5. Cargo Vans require an additional hour on all hourly services.
